Für die Rolle des Client Service Director suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit mit einem guten Gespür für Menschen, starken Beratungsfähigkeiten und strategischem Weitblick. Du baust vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen auf, erkennst Chancen und bringst Kunden sowie Teams erfolgreich zusammen.

DEINE MISSION.

  • Strategische Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines nationalen und internationalen Kundenportfolios
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen auf Entscheider- und C-Level-Ebene
  • Beratung von Kunden in den Bereichen Markenstrategie, Cultural Marketing und Kommunikation
  • Identifikation und Entwicklung von Wachstums- und Geschäftspotenzialen innerhalb bestehender und neuer Mandate
  • Steuerung komplexer Projekte sowie Sicherstellung höchster Beratungs- und Umsetzungsqualität
  • Verantwortung für Umsatz-, Budget- und Ergebnisziele im betreuten Kundenportfolio
  • Entwicklung und Präsentation von Strategien, Konzepten und Pitches
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung interdisziplinärer Teams
  • Führung eines mehrköpfigen Account Teams

WAS DU MITBRINGST.

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Agenturumfeld (Werbe-/Kreativ-/Cultural Marketing-Designagentur)
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der strategischen Führung und Entwicklung komplexer Kundenbeziehungen
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Markenführung, Marketing, Kommunikation und unternehmerische Zusammenhänge
  • Erfahrung in der Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation von Teams
  • Sicheres Auftreten auf Management- und C-Level-Ebene sowie starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise, hohe Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Budgets, wirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen und Geschäftsentwicklung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
