Du bist ein kreativer Tausendsassa mit einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Kreativität und Organisation von Aktivierungen?

Dann werde Teil unseres Teams als Director Event Production (m/w/d) mit dem Fokus auf Aktivierungen und gestalte mit uns die Zukunft der Kemmler Kemmler Produktionen!

DEINE MISSION.

  • Live Communication & Activation: Du verantwortest die Planung und Umsetzung unserer Live-Kommunikationsprojekte und Aktivierungen – von Events und Brand Experiences bis hin zu komplexen Inszenierungen.
  • End-to-End Production: Du steuerst Produktionen ganzheitlich – von Briefing und Kalkulation über Planung und Umsetzung bis zur Abrechnung.
  • Creative Sparring: Du arbeitest eng mit Kreation, Strategie und Account zusammen, prüfst Ideen auf Machbarkeit und entwickelst Lösungen, die kreative Visionen Realität werden lassen.
  • Client Consulting: Du berätst unsere Kund:innen souverän in allen produktionsrelevanten Fragen und bist zentrale Ansprechperson im Projekt.
  • Project & Budget Management: Du behältst Timings, Budgets, Ressourcen und Kapazitäten im Blick und sorgst für eine strukturierte und effiziente Umsetzung.
  • Partner & Network Management: Du steuerst externe Partner:innen und Freelancer:innen und entwickelst unser nationales und internationales Produktionsnetzwerk weiter.
  • Production Excellence: Du sorgst auch bei komplexen Anforderungen für pragmatische Lösungen und stellst eine hochwertige Umsetzung innerhalb von Timing und Budget sicher.

WAS DU MITBRINGST.

  • Mindestens 8-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsleitung grosser und internationaler Live-Kommunikation-Projekte
  • Nachweisbare Umsetzung großer und kleiner Aktivierungs-Projekte mit 5-7-stelligen Budgets
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
