Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gewährleistung eines professionellen und freundlichen Service zu jeder Zeit gemäß der Kempinski Standards
  • Entgegennahme und Kontrolle der Arbeitsmaterialien von Früh- sowie Spätschicht
  • Unterstützen beim Aufbau eines Teams von Zimmerfrauen und Hausburschen durch aktives Interesse an ihrem Wohlbefinden, ihrer Sicherheit, Weiterbildung und Entwicklung
  • Verteilen von Aufgaben an die Zimmerfrauen und Hausburschen
  • Kontrollieren der Leistungen der Zimmerfrauen und Hausburschen
  • Kontrollieren der Etagen Office Artikel und deren Warenanforderungen durch die Zimmerfrauen
  • Inspektion von Gästezimmern, Fluren, Treppen, Etagen Offices, öffentlichen Bereichen und anderen zugeteilten Bereichen
  • Gewährleistung der Sauberkeit gemäß der Kempinski Standards
  • Gründliche Kontrolle und Set up von VIP Zimmern
  • Überwachung der „Out of Order“ und „Out of Service“ sowie der Insp. Zimmer
  • Kontrolle von Geräten und Berichterstattung über notwendige Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Koordination von präventiven Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und Reparaturarbeiten in Absprache mit der Technik
  • Bearbeitung von Fundsachenanfragen sowie korrekte Dokumentation
  • Weitergabe von Reparaturaufträgen an die Technik sowie Kontrolle der Reparaturen
  • Unterstützung der Frühdienst Hausdame bei der Kontrolle von Gästezimmern
  • Laufende Aktualisierung der Zimmerstatus im Computersystem und auf dem Arbeitszettel
  • Regelmäßige Kommunikation mit dem Hausdamenbüro in Bezug auf die VIP Zimmer, Diskrepanzen der Zimmerstatus, Zimmerwechsel usw.
  • Durchführung von Qualitätschecks anhand interner digitalen Checklisten
  • Sofortiges Mitteilen über Verlust oder Beschädigung von Hotel- oder Gästeeigentum an das Hausdamenbüro

Ihr Profil

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Hotelfach
  • idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie sind ein Teamplayer und haben eine motivierende Persönlichkeit
