Key Responsibilities

  • Gewährleistung einer professionellen Reinigung und Pflege des Serviceequipments
  • Putzen und Waschen von Töpfen, Pfannen und anderen Küchengeräten nach den Standards des Hotels
  • Sicherstellung eines sauberen und organisierten Arbeitsplatzes, turnusmäßige tägliche hygienische Reinigung aller Spülmaschinen
  • Sorgsamer Umgang bei der Pflege des hoteleigenen Equipments
  • Alle Arbeitsgeräte und Maschinen gewissenhaft entsprechend der Einweisung verwenden
  • Verständnis über alle angebotenen Dienstleistungen und Produkte des Hotels
  • Überwachung der Betriebsstoffe, Geräte und erfolgreiche Reduzierung von Verderb und Verschwendung
  • Sofortige Meldung von Geräten Ausfällen oder Fehlfunktionen von Geräten und Maschinen an den Abteilungsleiter
  • Unterstützung einer guten und kollegialen Zusammenarbeit in der eigenen Abteilung sowie mit anderen Abteilungen des Hotels
  • Mitverantwortung für einen reibungslosen Arbeitsablauf im gesamten Bereich des Stewarding
  • Sicherstellung und Einhaltung aller Vorschriften zur Mülltrennung

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Sie verfügen über ein sehr hohes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Sie überzeugen mit Ihrer offene und freundliche Art und haben ein Auge fürs Detail
  • Sie arbeiten teamorientiert in einem Multikulturellem Team
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
