Wir suchen Vertriebsmitarbeiter B2B (m/w/d) für den aktiven telefonischen Vertrieb – mit viel Kundenkontakt, klaren Zielen und echten Erfolgserlebnissen. Bei uns führst du eigenverantwortlich Verkaufsgespräche, entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter und gestaltest deinen Erfolg aktiv mit.   • Aktiver telefonischer Outbound-Vertrieb im B2B
  • Eigenverantwortliche Umsatzsteigerung durch gezieltes Up- und Cross-Selling
  • Aktive Ansprache und Weiterentwicklung unseres bestehenden Kundenstamms
  • Erkennen von Verkaufschancen und konsequentes Führen von Gesprächen zum Abschluss
  • Aufbau und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Vertrieb hocheffizienter chemisch-technischer Produkte für Reinigung, Pflege, Reparatur und Wartung in verschiedensten Branchen

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im kaufmännischen oder vertrieblichen Bereich
  • Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im aktiven Telefonverkauf
  • Du telefonierst gerne und hast Freude daran, im engen Austausch mit vielen Kunden am Tag zu stehen
  • Ausgeprägter Verkaufswille: Du willst Gespräche aktiv führen, Chancen erkennen und Abschlüsse erzielen
  • Ehrgeiz und Biss – du bleibst dran und lässt dich von einem „Nein“ nicht schnell aus der Ruhe bringen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Ausgeprägte Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung sowie Freude daran, dich an KPIs und Umsatzzielen zu messen
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Sichere Excel-Grundkenntnisse (z. B. Filtern, Sortieren und Arbeiten mit Tabellen)
