Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) Kundenberatung & Vertrieb / Sales & Inside Sales / Vertriebsinnendienst bist du eine wichtige Ansprechperson für unsere Geschäftskunden, führst spannende Gespräche und unterstützt sie dabei, die passenden Lösungen für ihre Bedürfnisse zu finden. Dabei kannst du deine Kommunikationsstärke weiterentwickeln, Verantwortung übernehmen und in einem motivierten Team jeden Tag Neues lernen.

Das erwartet dich

  • Du berätst unsere Geschäftskunden telefonisch zu unseren Produkten und findest gemeinsam mit ihnen passende Lösungen.
  • Du nimmst Kontakt zu ehemaligen Kunden auf und gewinnst sie für eine erneute Zusammenarbeit.
  • Du erkennst, welche Produkte für deine Kunden zusätzlich sinnvoll sind, und sprichst passende Empfehlungen aus.
  • Du betreust deinen eigenen Kundenstamm als erste telefonische Ansprechperson und baust durch eine erfolgreiche Betreuung langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf.
