En Keppri buscamos un Cloud Architect senior, apasionado por AWS y con visión de arquitectura empresarial, con más de 5 años de experiencia en tecnología y al menos 3 en AWS. Serás responsable de diseñar el modelo de operación y el modelo de madurez de seguridad de una Landing Zone AWS existente, convirtiendo diagnósticos de plataforma en hojas de ruta, estándares y lineamientos de gobierno que eleven la seguridad, la eficiencia y la resiliencia de la nube.

Responsabilidades

  • Evaluar el estado actual de la Landing Zone AWS, identificando brechas operativas, de gobierno y de seguridad.
  • Definir el Cloud Operations Model y el Cloud Security Maturity Model objetivo, incluyendo capacidades, procesos, controles, indicadores y planes de mejora.
  • Diseñar hojas de ruta para la evolución de las capacidades de gobierno, observabilidad, automatización, resiliencia y seguridad cloud.
  • Alinear los modelos con marcos de arquitectura empresarial y buenas prácticas de gobierno tecnológico.
  • Definir lineamientos, estándares y decisiones de arquitectura que promuevan la estandarización, la eficiencia operativa, la seguridad y la mejora continua de la plataforma.
  • Documentar la arquitectura y los lineamientos de gobierno cloud para su adopción por los equipos técnicos y de negocio.

Requisitos

  • +5 años de experiencia en tecnología y +3 años en AWS, preferiblemente en entornos productivos empresariales.
  • Experiencia sólida en Landing Zones, AWS Organizations, Control Tower, IAM, redes, seguridad, observabilidad y servicios compartidos.
  • Conocimiento de gobierno cloud, gestión de riesgos, controles de seguridad, continuidad del negocio, automatización e Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Experiencia definiendo modelos operativos, evaluando madurez y construyendo roadmaps tecnológicos.
  • Conocimiento de arquitectura empresarial (preferiblemente TOGAF) y de marcos como AWS Well-Architected, AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), NIST CSF, CIS Benchmarks e ITIL/SRE.
  • Experiencia en documentación de arquitectura, definición de estándares técnicos y elaboración de lineamientos de gobierno.

Deseable

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate o Professional.
  • AWS Certified Security – Specialty.
  • AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer – Associate.
  • Certificación TOGAF Enterprise Architecture.
  • Conocimientos o certificaciones en Azure o Google Cloud.
