Buscamos un(a) Diseñador(a) de Procesos con experiencia en inteligencia artificial agéntica para apoyar iniciativas de rediseño, optimización y automatización de procesos de negocio, integrando capacidades de agentes inteligentes para mejorar la eficiencia operativa, la toma de decisiones y la experiencia de usuario.

Responsabilidades

  • Levantar, analizar y rediseñar procesos de negocio de punta a punta.
  • Identificar oportunidades de automatización y optimización mediante IA agéntica.
  • Diseñar flujos operativos que integren agentes inteligentes, reglas de negocio y puntos de decisión.
  • Documentar procesos AS-IS y TO-BE, mapas de proceso, requerimientos y casos de uso.
  • Trabajar con equipos funcionales y técnicos para traducir necesidades del negocio en soluciones viables.
  • Acompañar iniciativas de transformación digital, mejora continua y eficiencia operativa.
  • Definir indicadores, controles y criterios de seguimiento para procesos intervenidos.
  • Promover buenas prácticas de diseño, trazabilidad y gobierno de procesos.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en diseño, modelamiento y optimización de procesos.
  • Conocimiento en metodologías de levantamiento y documentación de procesos.
  • Experiencia participando en iniciativas de automatización o transformación digital.
  • Conocimiento o experiencia en soluciones de inteligencia artificial agéntica, asistentes inteligentes o automatización avanzada.
  • Capacidad para articular procesos de negocio con requerimientos funcionales y tecnológicos.
  • Habilidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios y stakeholders de negocio.
  • Enfoque analítico, estructurado y orientado a mejora continua.
