Somos una empresa de tecnología especializada en el end to end de activos digitales, que acompaña su oferta de staffing y fábrica de software con servicios de consultoría y tecnología que permiten escalar grandes transformaciones empresariales.

Buscamos un(a) Delivery Manager con más de 3 años de experiencia liderando proyectos de tecnología, que sea el punto de contacto con el cliente y con el equipo durante todo el ciclo del proyecto: planeación, seguimiento, reportes y cierre. Queremos a alguien con capacidad de liderazgo y con background técnico, que entienda lo que construye el equipo y pueda conversar con criterio tanto con gerencias como con desarrolladores y arquitectos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Llevar la relación con el cliente: entender sus necesidades, acordar alcance, prioridades y expectativas, y mantener una comunicación clara y oportuna.
  • Liderar al equipo del proyecto: coordinar el trabajo, remover impedimentos y mantenerlo alineado con los objetivos.
  • Planear los proyectos: alcance, cronograma, recursos, riesgos y dependencias.
  • Hacer seguimiento al avance, la calidad y el presupuesto, y actuar cuando haya desviaciones.
  • Preparar y presentar reportes de estado a la gerencia y al cliente.
  • Gestionar riesgos, cambios de alcance y escalamientos.
  • Cerrar formalmente los proyectos: entregables, aceptación del cliente y lecciones aprendidas.
  • Trabajar con el marco que pida cada proyecto: tradicional (PMI) o ágil (Scrum, Kanban).

Requisitos:

  • Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Software, Electrónica, Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Más de 3 años de experiencia liderando proyectos de tecnología o equipos de TI.
  • Background técnico (desarrollo, infraestructura, QA, análisis o arquitectura) que le permita entender los proyectos y hablar con el equipo técnico.
  • Experiencia en planeación, seguimiento, reportes y cierre de proyectos.
  • Manejo de PMI y/o metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experiencia en relación directa con clientes, gerencias y stakeholders.
  • Capacidad para manejar varias responsabilidades y prioridades a la vez.
  • Excelente comunicación oral y escrita.

Deseable:

  • Experiencia en proyectos del sector financiero o bancario.
  • Certificaciones como PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PSM o CSM.
  • Manejo de herramientas como Jira, Azure DevOps o MS Project.
