Funciones y Responsabilidades del Cargo

  • Diseño y Desarrollo de Soluciones: Participar en el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de aplicaciones web utilizando React para el frontend y Java con Spring Boot para el backend.
  • Mantenimiento y Optimización: Garantizar el rendimiento óptimo y la calidad del código a través de la revisión y optimización continua.
  • Colaboración en Equipo Ágil: Participar activamente en sprints, reuniones de planificación, retrospectivas y stand-ups diarios.
  • Análisis y Resolución de Problemas: Identificar y resolver problemas técnicos complejos, proponiendo soluciones prácticas e innovadoras.
  • Mejora Continua: Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tendencias y mejores prácticas en desarrollo de software.
  • Implementación de Prácticas DevOps: Fomentar el uso de prácticas DevOps para asegurar la entrega continua, la integración continua y la implementación continua (CI/CD).
  • Automatización y Monitoreo: Implementar y mantener pipelines de CI/CD, monitoreo y gestión de logs utilizando herramientas como Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, y Prometheus.
  • Gestión de Versiones y Control de Código: Utilizar GitFlow o estrategias similares para la gestión de versiones, y asegurar buenas prácticas en el control de versiones y la colaboración en equipo.

Conocimientos Requeridos

Backend:

  • Experiencia ejecutando el ciclo de desarrollo con IA.
  • Experiencia en Java Spring Boot y tecnologías relacionadas.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en bases de datos (SQL y NoSQL).

DevOps:

  • Experiencia en la creación y gestión de pipelines CI/CD.
  • Conocimiento en herramientas de automatización como Jenkins, GitLab CI.
  • Experiencia en contenedores y orquestación (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiaridad con herramientas de monitoreo y logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
  • Conocimiento en gestión de versiones y ramas usando Git y GitFlow.
