Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aufnahme, Bewertung und Steuerung von IT-Anforderungen, Service-Bedürfnissen, Innovationen und strategische Vorhaben
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des internen Demand-Prozesses sowie zu verwandten Bereichen wie Service Request und Portfolio Management
  • Durchführung von Bedarfsanalysen mit Fokus auf Wirtschaftlichkeit und strategischem Nutzen, inklusive Erstellung von Business Cases und Nutzwertanalysen
  • Analyse und Erfassung von Arbeitsprozessen, erstellen von Aktivitäts- und Kontextdiagrammen
  • Transparente Dokumentation im ITSM- und DMS-System sowie regelmässiges Management-Reporting
  • Übergabe und Koordination genehmigter Anforderungen an unsere IT-Dienstleister
  • Service-Level Überwachung und Koordination der Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Anspruchsgruppen
  • Identifikation von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten durch Analyse wiederkehrender Anfragen
  • Einsatz in Abstimmungsgremien mit unserem IT-Dienstleister und Vertreten der KKL-Interessen in den Gremien

Dein Profil:

  • Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Business Analysis oder eine vergleichbare technische / betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in Business-Analysis, Requirements-Engineering oder Demand- / IT Service-Management
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich zu erklären und Entscheidungsgrundlagen klar aufzubereiten
  • Nachweisliche ITIL-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit ITSM-Systemen
  • Sehr analytische Arbeitsweise und Erfahrung in der Anwendung von BPMN und UML
  • Aktuelles Technologie-Verständnis in den Bereichen IT-Infrastruktur, Cloud, Workplace, Security, Netzwerk, sowie Data- und Software-Engineering
  • Kommunikative und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, Teamfähigkeit, Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung in der Nuklearindustrie
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
  • Einwandfreier Leumund und Führerausweis Kat. B
