Deine Aufgaben:

  • Führen des Teams Nuklear Infrastruktur
  • Verantwortlich für den Betrieb der On-Premis IT/OT-Infrastruktur: Rechenzentrum, Virtualisierungsinfrastruktur, Netzwerk und zugehörige IT-Services
  • Integration von herstellerseitig gelieferten OT‑ sowie OT‑nahen Server‑ und Applikationsplattformen (z.B. Produktions‑IT, Siemenssysteme, Aveva PI, Bently Nevada- etc.)
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der IT/OT‑Architektur, der zugehörigen Service‑Landschaft sowie der IT‑Standards und ‑Policies
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Experten aus den anderen Fachbereichen (Automation, Starkstrom, Maschinentechnik)
  • Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Störungen sowie Fehlerprävention, Mitarbeit in IT/OT-Projekten sowie eigenständige Leitung von IT-Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Evaluation und Einführung neuer Technologien und Lösungen sowie Automatisierung und Standardisierung von Betriebsprozessen
  • Sicherstellen des Configuration- und Changemanagement sowie deren Prozesse im Umfeld des IT/OT-Betriebs.
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Systemdokumentationen
  • Schnittstelle und Koordination mit externen IT-Partnern

Dein Profil:

  • IT-Studium oder höhere technische Ausbildung (TS, HF, FH) mit Schwerpunkt Informatik oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung in den oben genannten Aufgabengebieten
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Teamführung
  • Fundierte, mehrjährige Erfahrung in Industrie-IT- und OT-Umgebungen
  • Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung (z. B. VMware, Nutanix)
  • Praxiserfahrung in den Bereichen Virtualisierung, Windows Server, Backup/Recovery sowie Systemhärtung (onprem Server und Clients, Active Directory)
  • Kenntnisse im Netzwerk-Bereich (Firewall, Switch, WLAN, 5G SA) mit Erfahrung auf Palo Alto, Cisco, Nokia
  • Breites technisches Verständnis über System-, Service- und Domänengrenzen hinweg
  • Starkes Security-Mindset mit Fokus auf Verfügbarkeit, Resilienz und Schadensbegrenzung
  • Erfahrung in dokumentations-, audit- und compliance-relevanten Umgebungen von Vorteil
  • Lust auf neue Technologien und Bereitschaft auch alte Technologien zu betreiben
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
