Über das Team

Unsere Betriebsmannschaft zählt rund 84 Mitarbeitende, die sich auf sechs Schichtgruppen verteilen. Das kollegiale Miteinander schafft eine spürbar positive Arbeitsatmosphäre.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Überwachen und Bedienung der Anlage im Kommandoraum im 3-Schichtbetrieb gemäss Vorschriften
  • Koordination und Durchführung sämtlicher Schalthandlungen im Hauptkommandoraum, in den Notsteuerstellen und in der Anlage, einschliesslich Absicherungen und Freischaltungen
  • Planen und Durchführen von Tests und Rundgängen für den einwandfreien und sicheren Betrieb der Anlage
  • Unterstützung bei der Systembetreuung und Vorbereitung der Anlage für Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Mitarbeit bei Revisionsabstellungen
  • Besuch regelmässiger Aus- und Weiterbildungen auch am betriebseigenen Kraftwerkssimulator
  • Möglichkeit der Weiterbildung zum Schichtchef bei entsprechender Eignung

Profil und Fähigkeiten

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufslehre im Bereich Maschinen-/Elektrotechnik oder anderem technischen Bezug
  • Einige Jahre Berufspraxis in Industrie oder Gewerbe von Vorteil
  • Technischer HF-Abschluss ist ein Plus, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
  • Du schätzt die Vorzüge unseres attraktiven 3-Schicht-Modells
  • Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und engagierte Arbeitsweise
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie exakte Vorgehensweise und hohes Konzentrationsvermögen
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Belastbarkeit
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
