Ieškome aktyvių pardavimų (realizacijos) projekto vadovo (-ės), kuris (-i) ne tik užtikrintų puikias klientų patirtis, bet ir proaktyviai skatintų B2B ir B2C klientų įsitraukimą.

Šioje pozicijoje turėsi galimybę formuoti daugkartinį ryšį su klientais, valdyti kokybišką aptarnavimą ir pardavimus elektroniniu paštu, telefonu, bei plėtoti lojalumo programas, inicijuoti veiksmus, kurie augina klientų aktyvumą, ilgalaikį ryšį ir pardavimus.

Atsakomybės:

  • Įgyvendinti patvirtintas paslaugų vystymo strategijas;
  • Užtikrinti aukštos kokybės aktyvų B2C ir B2B klientų aptarnavimą (darbas su skambučiais, elektroniniais laiškais, CRM sistema);
  • Vykdyti nustatytus pardavimų tikslus (įskaitant papildomus prekių ir paslaugų pardavimus);
  • Tvarkyti užsakymus ir užtikrinti sklandų jų įgyvendinimą;
  • Inicijuoti kontaktą su potencialiais klientais;
  • Aktyviai dirbti su lojalumo programomis pristatant jų naudas klientams, motyvuojant klientus tapti aktyviais programų nariais;
  • Analizuoti klientų poreikius ir teikti grįžtamąjį ryšį bei pasiūlymus, kurie didina klientų pirkimus, įsitraukimą ir lojalumą.

Reikalavimai:

  • Patirtis aktyvių pardavimų, klientų aptarnavimo ar panašios rolės vaidmenyje (B2C, B2B);
  • Gebėjimas aiškiai komunikuoti, aktyviai klausytis ir rasti geriausius sprendimus klientams;
  • Orientaciją į rezultatą, iniciatyvumas ir gebėjimas savarankiškai planuotis darbus;
  • Gebėjimas motyvuoti klientus per vertę ir ilgalaikį abipusį bendradarbiavimą; Iniciatyvumas, energingumas ir pozityvumas;
  • Privalumas – patirtis dirbant su lojalumo programomis arba CRM sistemomis.

Atlyginimas

1850 €/mėn. neatskaičius mokesčių Darbo užmokestis yra derybų klausimas, priklausantis nuo kandidato darbo patirties ir lūkesčių. Mokama pastovi darbo užmokesčio dalis ir kintama, kuri priklauso nuo pasiektų pardavimo rezultatų.
