Projektus lydėsi nuo pirmųjų planų iki jų įgyvendinimo objekte. Šioje rolėje lydėsi parduotuvių pertvarkymo ir atidarymo projektus visose Baltijos šalyse – nuo pirmųjų planų iki galutinio rezultato.

Tavo kasdienybėje susitiks biudžetai, terminai, darbų grafikai, partneriai, subrangovai ir realūs objektai. Reikės ne tik suplanuoti darbus, bet ir sužiūrėti jų įgyvendinimą – kad projektai judėtų pagal planą, o numatyti sprendimai būtų įgyvendinti laiku ir pagal biudžetą.

Tavo atsakomybės:

  • Planuosi parduotuvių pertvarkymo ir atidarymo projektus, nuo darbų apimties ir biudžeto iki įgyvendinimo.
  • Sudarysi darbų grafikus, seksi jų eigą ir užtikrinsi, kad projektai judėtų pagal planą.
  • Ruoši ir derinsi parduotuvių funkcinius išplanavimus bei bazinius sprendinius brėžiniuose.
  • Prižiūrėsi projekto biudžetą, kaštus ir terminus.
  • Koordinuosi projekto komandą, partnerius ir subrangovus, paskirstysi užduotis ir seksi jų įgyvendinimą.
  • Lankysiesi objektuose, vertinsi darbų progresą ir spręsi eigoje kylančius klausimus.
  • Identifikuosi galimas rizikas ir ieškosi sprendimų, kad jos netrukdytų projekto eigai.
  • Užtikrinsi sklandų projekto įgyvendinimą visose Baltijos šalyse.

Tikimės, kad:

  • Turi aukštąjį išsilavinimą ir projektų valdymo patirties.
  • Esi valdęs (-žiusi) projektų biudžetus, terminus ir darbų planus.
  • Gebi skaityti techninius brėžinius ir suprasti patalpų funkcinius išplanavimus.
  • Statybos, rekonstrukcijos, parduotuvių įrengimo ar panašių projektų patirtis – didelis privalumas.
  • Mažmeninės prekybos procesų ir silpnų srovių išmanymas – privalumas.
  • Gebi savarankiškai priimti sprendimus, koordinuoti skirtingus žmones ir spręsti iškilusius klausimus.
  • Esi organizuotas (-a), atsakingas (-a) ir orientuotas (-a) į rezultatą.
  • Esi pasiruošęs (-usi) vykti į objektus ir komandiruotes Baltijos šalyse.
  • Turi B kategorijos vairuotojo pažymėjimą ir moki anglų kalbą.

Darbo užmokestis:

3388 – 3553 € (bruto, neatskaičius mokesčių). Galutinis atlygis derinamas individualiai, atsižvelgiant į kandidato patirtį.
