Role overview:

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract role within Keyloop's Product Operations function, specialising in Product & Pricing.

The Product Operations Specialist – Business Systems Analyst (Product & Pricing) bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions for Keyloop's product catalogue, SKU structure, and pricing configuration. Working closely with Product, Pricing, Finance, and Sales teams, this role ensures that product and pricing requirements are accurately captured, documented, and delivered into our CPQ, CRM, and billing systems.

The ideal candidate combines business analysis discipline with strong product and pricing domain knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-market product and pricing structures at pace. You will be working closely with a dedicated Project Manager and a Product Operations Specialist to help us deliver change.

Responsiblities:

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders (Product, Pricing, Finance, Sales, Operations) to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements for product catalogue, SKU, and pricing configuration.
  • Question the “as is” and explore options for the “to be”, recognising that what is being asked for is not always what is needed.
  • Act as a liaison between your team, the Enterprise Applications team (e.g. developers, IT architects) and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately understood and implemented.
  • Enable a gradual roll out of market-specific catalogue configurations, ensuring product structures, rules, naming conventions, and descriptions are consistent, accurate, and aligned to Keyloop standards.
  • Coordinate price book and lifecycle management for each new product or regional market launch.
  • Support testing & acceptance of catalogue and pricing changes, working with development and test teams to close defects.
  • Analyse current product and pricing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or optimisation.
  • Work with stakeholders to optimise processes across catalogue management, pricing governance, and quote-to-cash systems.
  • Create epics, user stories, use cases, process maps, and data flow diagrams tailored to product and pricing systems.
  • Assist in the development of test cases and testing procedures for new or updated product and pricing configurations.
  • Develop and maintain user manuals, system documentation, and training materials for product and pricing systems.
  • Define and enforce data quality standards across the product catalogue, pricing configuration, and programme tracking artefacts.
  • Run regular data health checks, surfacing anomalies and driving remediation.
  • Document programme processes, decisions, and operating models in Confluence to create an enduring source of truth.
  • Provide clear, timely communication to stakeholders regarding product and pricing changes, expected impacts, timelines, and training, to ensure smooth adoption

Essential skillsets & experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Product Operations, Programme Management or Business Analysis within a software development environment.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting multi-market product rollouts or large cross-functional programmes.
  • Demonstrable experience of actively using AI tools day-to-day (e.g. Copilot, Claude) to speed up analysis/documentation
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management and software development processes, including Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking programme KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Proficiency with workflow and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and seniority levels.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on execution, problem-solving, and pace.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams across markets simultaneously.

Preferred/Desirable skillsets:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce), Billing systems (Netsuite), and product configuration / pricing / quoting tooling.
  • Exposure to the automotive, SaaS, or B2B enterprise technology sectors.
  • Business analysis certification or familiarity with industry-standard frameworks (e.g. BABOK, BPMN).
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and insights.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with global, multi-cultural, cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience working with hub or regional operating models across multiple geographies.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
