Du möchtest dein technisches Wissen aus dem Studium nicht nur theoretisch anwenden, sondern aktiv an der Entwicklung unserer Fahrzeuge mitwirken? Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Fahrzeugkonstruktion & System Engineering unterstützt du unser Entwicklungsteam bei vielfältigen konstruktiven und technischen Aufgaben. Dabei erhältst du spannende Einblicke in die Fahrzeugentwicklung und kannst von der CAD-Konstruktion bis hin zu einzelnen Teilprojekten früh Verantwortung übernehmen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du unterstützt bei der Konstruktion von Bauteilen und Komponenten in PTC Creo.
  • Du verwaltest und pflegst bestehende Baugruppen.
  • Du erstellst technische Zeichnungen in PTC Creo.
  • Du unterstützt bei der technischen Dokumentationen sowie bei der Stücklistenverwaltung.
  • Du wirkst bei der Koordination einzelner Teilprojektumfänge mit, beispielsweise im Bereich Tanksysteme oder Verkleidung.
  • Du unterstützt bei Fahrzeuguntersuchungen im CAD und im Fahrzeugsystem Berechnungstool (TrailerWin).
  • Du wirkst bei der Beschaffung technischer Komponenten sowie bei der Auswahl und Abstimmung mit geeigneten Lieferanten mit.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du bist in einem technischen Studiengang eingeschrieben, beispielsweise Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Du bringst idealerweise bereits eine technische Berufsausbildung oder erste praktische Erfahrungen im technischen Umfeld mit.
  • Du hast erste Erfahrung in der 3D-CAD-Konstruktion – Kenntnisse in PTC Creo sind dabei von Vorteil.
  • Du kennst dich mit der Erstellung technischer Zeichnungen aus und hast idealerweise bereits Berührungspunkte mit GD&T.
  • Du hast erste Erfahrung mit technischer Dokumentation und der Erstellung bzw. Pflege von Stücklisten.
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits mit CAD-Baugruppen bzw. im Baugruppenmanagement gearbeitet.
  • Du begeisterst dich für Antriebssysteme, Fahrzeugtechnik und technische Zusammenhänge.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und zuverlässig und bringst gleichzeitig eine kommunikative Art mit.
  • Du kannst dich sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch gut verständigen.
