Du möchtest neben deinem Studium praktische Einblicke in die Personalarbeit gewinnen und aktiv den HR-Alltag mitgestalten? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Human Resources unterstützt du unser HR-Team bei vielfältigen Aufgaben – von der Betreuung unserer Mitarbeitenden über das Recruiting bis hin zur vorbereitenden Gehaltsabrechnung. Dabei übernimmst du von Anfang an Verantwortung, bringst eigene Ideen ein und lernst die unterschiedlichen Facetten des Personalmanagements kennen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Pflege und Aktualisierung von Mitarbeiterdaten in den relevanten HR- und Organisationssystemen und stehst für Fragen der Kollegen zur Verfügung.
  • Du erstellst personalrelevante Dokument (u.a. Arbeitszeugnisse, Bescheinigungen, Vertragsunterlagen).
  • Du betreust und verwaltest unsere Mitarbeiterbenefits.
  • Du unterstützt das Recruiting bei KEYOU und bist dabei zuständig für die Erstselektion sowie die erste Kontaktaufnahme und Terminvereinbarung mit Bewerbern.
  • Du organisierst das Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender und unterstützt administrativ beim Austritt.
  • Du wirkst bei der internen Kommunikation mit, z. B. durch das Erstellen von Rundmails oder Aushängen.
  • Du unterstützt bei der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnung.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du studierst aktuell idealerweise im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Du hast Interesse an HR-Themen und möchtest praktische Erfahrungen im Personalbereich sammeln – erste Erfahrungen sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Du verfügst über einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Word, Excel und Outlook.
  • Du hast ein freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten und gehst verantwortungsbewusst und diskret mit vertraulichen Informationen um.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bringst Eigeninitiative mit und hast Lust, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
