The posting

Location: Bang Phli, Samut Prakan

Salary: Up to 200,000 THB per month

Working Days/Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to take on the role of Deputy General Manager Finance & Accounting. This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Company finance and accounting operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee finance and accounting operations, including reporting, budgeting, and treasury management.
  • Lead ERP/system implementation, optimization, and automation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations.
  • Analyze financial data, monitor performance, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
  • Drive process improvements and standardize best practices across the finance function.
  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to achieve high performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align finance strategies with business objectives.
  • Support long-term financial planning, risk management, and corporate strategy execution.

Qualifications:

  • Currently serving at DGM level or equivalent in Finance/Accounting.
  • Extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, business analysis, and process improvement.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and complex financial operations.
  • Strong experience in ERP/SAP/Oracle/RPA implementation and migration.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or Audit certification is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 3-5 years in Financial Controller, Manager, or senior management roles.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
