The posting

Location: BTS Punawithi

Salary: 60K - 70K THB/Month

Working day: Mon-Fri

Working hour: 9.00 - 18.00

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR and Administration strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding.
  • Review and enhance performance evaluation frameworks, such as KPI-based systems, to improve fairness, clarity, and alignment with company goals.
  • Redesign sales incentive structures to better motivate the sales team and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain and revise HR policies in compliance with Thai labor laws.
  • Coordinate payroll, time attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Partner with department heads to support talent planning and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams for HR-related regulatory matters.
  • Supervise General Affairs (GA) staff-administrative tasks are handled by a dedicated GA team member, while this role focuses on management and oversight.
  • Lead and support continuous improvements in internal systems and structures.

Requirements:

Must

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, including a minimum of 2 year in a managerial role.
  • Proven ability to design and revise HR systems, not just operate existing frameworks. (HRM)
  • Proficiency in English and Thai (written and spoken).

Prefer

  • Experience in real estate development, residential projects, or construction-related industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and payroll practices.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
