  Desired Qualifications: Required:

Experience supporting DoD acquisition, program management, or transition activities Familiarity with prototype-to-production/program-of-record transition processes Ability to operate independently in ambiguous or emerging mission environments Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience coordinating across multiple organizations and functional teams Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  Clearance Requirement:

Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI eligible)

  Preferred:

Experience supporting OSD, Joint Staff, SCO, or AI2-related initiatives Knowledge of DoW acquisition lifecycle and transition pathways Familiarity with interoperability, experimentation, and operational integration efforts Experience building or standing up new PMO/team structures PMP certification or equivalent program management credentials Experience with Confluence, Jira, MS Teams, and executive reporting environments

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
