المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

  1. إجادة الإظهار المعماري: التمكن من برامج الإظهار ثلاثي الأبعاد مثل Lumion، Enscape، وV-Ray. إنتاج صور ومقاطع فيديو عالية الواقعية للمشاريع.
  2. إتقان برنامج Revit: خبرة عملية متقدمة في استخدام Revit للتصميم ثلاثي الأبعاد. إعداد نماذج BIM وتحليل البيانات المتعلقة بها.
  3. إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية: خبرة مثبتة في إعداد المخططات التنفيذية المعمارية مع تفاصيلها الدقيقة. التنسيق الفعال مع الفرق الأخرى (إنشائي، ميكانيكي، كهربائي).
  4. الخبرة العملية: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في العمل على مشاريع معمارية. القدرة على إدارة الوقت والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
  5. مهارات إضافية: إجادة العمل على برامج التصميم مثل AutoCAD وSketchUp. إلمام بأساسيات الكودات والمعايير المعمارية المحلية والدولية.

Job Title: Architect

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Architectural Visualization Expertise: Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, and V-Ray. Ability to produce high-quality, realistic images and video renderings for projects.
  2. Proficiency in Revit: Advanced hands-on experience in 3D design using Revit. Skilled in preparing BIM models and analyzing related data.
  3. Preparation of Working Drawings: Proven experience in creating detailed architectural working drawings. Ability to coordinate effectively with other disciplines (structural, mechanical, and electrical).
  4. Practical Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural projects. Strong time management skills and adherence to deadlines.
  5. Additional Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. Familiarity with local and international architectural codes and standards.
  6. Professional Traits: High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Responsibilities:
