متطلبات الوظيفة

- خبرة سابقة في مجال الدعم الفني وتقديم المساعدة للعملاء في مجال تقنية المعلومات.

- خبرة في استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والقدرة على التفاعل بفعالية مع العملاء عبر هذه القنوات.

- مهارات قوية في التعامل مع الأنظمة المختلفة والقدرة على التكيف السريع مع التغييرات التكنولوجية.

- القدرة على التعلم السريع واستيعاب المعلومات الجديدة والتقنيات الحديثة.

- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل اللفظي والكتابي، مع القدرة على توصيل المعلومات بوضوح واحترافية.

- القدرة على التعامل مع الضغوط والعمل بكفاءة في بيئة عمل ديناميكية.

- مهارات في تحليل السوق وفهم احتياجات العملاء.

- القدرة على إعداد وتنفيذ حملات التسويق الفعالة.

- القدرة على التعامل مع وسائل الترويج المختلفة مثل الإعلانات ووسائل الإعلام الاجتماعية والتسويق عبر البريد الإلكتروني والترويج عبر الأحداث والمعارض وغيرها.

- القدرة على تقييم أداء حملات التسويق وتحليل البيانات لقياس النجاح وتحديد النقاط التي يمكن تحسينها.

- يجب أن تتفاعل مع العملاء وتفهم ملاحظاتهم ومتطلباتهم لتحسين تجربتهم.
