عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن أخصائي تسويق رقمي مبدع وفعّال للانضمام إلى فريقنا. سيكون دورك الأساسي إدارة التسويق عبر المؤثرين، تنفيذ حملات الإعلانات المدفوعة، كتابة المحتوى، وإعداد تقويمات تسويقية متكاملة لدعم أهداف الشركة ونموها، خاصة في قطاع توصيل الطعام.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

  • إدارة حملات التسويق عبر المؤثرين وبناء علاقات مستمرة معهم.
  • التخطيط وشراء الإعلانات عبر المنصات الرقمية (Media Buying) وتحسين الأداء.
  • كتابة محتوى جذاب يتناسب مع استراتيجيات الشركة وقنوات التواصل المختلفة.
  • إعداد التقويمات التسويقية لضمان تنظيم الحملات وجدولتها بشكل فعال.
  • متابعة وتحليل أداء الحملات التسويقية وإعداد تقارير توضح النتائج.
  • دراسة السوق وتحليل المنافسين في قطاع توصيل الطعام وتقديم توصيات لتحسين الأداء.
  • استخدام أدوات التسويق الحديثة بما في ذلك أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI Tools) لتحسين جودة العمل وزيادة الكفاءة.

المهام اليومية

  • التواصل مع المؤثرين وإدارة الاتفاقيات معهم.
  • تنفيذ وتحسين حملات الإعلانات الرقمية المدفوعة.
  • كتابة وتحرير المحتوى للمنصات الرقمية.
  • إعداد ومراجعة تقويمات الحملات التسويقية.
  • إجراء أبحاث السوق وتحليل بيانات المنافسين.

المتطلبات

  • شهادة بكالوريوس في التسويق أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في التسويق الرقمي.
  • إتقان استخدام أدوات التسويق الحديثة وأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • معرفة قوية بقطاع توصيل الطعام وتحليل المنافسين.
  • القدرة على استخدام أدوات التحليل ومتابعة أداء الحملات بدقة.
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل والتخطيط والتنظيم.
  • يفضل أن يكون المتقدم عراقي الجنسية.

المزايا والتعويضات

الراتب: 750,000 900,000 دينار عراقي شهريًا (حسب الخبرة والكفاءة).

تقييم الأداء: سيتم تحديد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) لاحقًا.
