وظيفة: تنفيذي/تنفيذية مبيعات عقارية

الموقع: عمل هجين (جزء ميداني وجزء مكتبي) بغداد

ساعات العمل: مرنة (10 صباحًا 6 مساءً أو 12 ظهرًا 8 مساءً)، 6 أيام بالأسبوع (الأحد عطلة)

نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل

عدد الشواغر: 2 (مرشح/ة أحدهما يركز على المجمعات السكنية داخل بغداد، والآخر يتولى باقي الطلبات)

عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن تنفيذي/تنفيذية مبيعات عقارية للانضمام إلى فريقنا المتنامي في مجال العقارات. سيكون دورك الأساسي هو التعامل مع العملاء، البحث عن العروض العقارية المناسبة لهم، وزيادة شبكة شركائنا من مكاتب العقار، بالإضافة إلى إدارة العمليات بعد البيع والتواصل عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي للترويج للعروض.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

  • القيام بزيارات ميدانية للمشاريع العقارية والمجمعات السكنية القائمة للتجهيز لاستقبال العملاء.
  • التوسع في شبكة مكاتب العقار الحالية عبر بناء علاقات جديدة مع مكاتب عقارية محلية.
  • استقبال طلبات العملاء ودراسة احتياجاتهم والبحث عن عروض مناسبة لهم في حال عدم توفرها.
  • تصوير فيديوهات احترافية للعقارات من الداخل لنشرها على صفحات الشركة أو إرسالها للعملاء.
  • عقد اجتماعات مع العملاء لفهم احتياجاتهم وتقديم العروض التي تلبي متطلباتهم.
  • الظهور على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (ريلز ستوري) لعرض العقارات والتسويق لها.
  • إدارة عمليات المبيعات بعد الإتمام: التعاقد، تسليم العقار للعميل، والتنسيق بين العميل ومالك العقار.

  • زيارات ميدانية للمشاريع العقارية.
  • تجهيز العقارات لاستقبال العملاء.
  • التواصل المستمر مع مكاتب العقار وتوسيع الشبكة.
  • البحث عن عروض جديدة وتقديمها للعملاء.
  • إنتاج محتوى فيديو تسويقي للعقارات.
  • لقاء العملاء لفهم متطلباتهم ومرافقتهم في عملية الشراء حتى التسليم.

المتطلبات

  • شهادة بكالوريوس في أي تخصص ذي صلة.
  • مهارات قوية في المبيعات والتفاوض.
  • قدرة ممتازة على التواصل وبناء العلاقات.
  • إجادة استخدام التقنيات الحديثة وامتلاك مهارات في Excel وClickUp أو برامج مشابهة.
  • القدرة على الظهور أمام الكاميرا والتحدث بثقة أمام الجمهور.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة بمستوى جيد).
  • يشترط أن يكون المتقدم عراقي الجنسية.
  • لا يشترط وجود خبرة سابقة (مرحب بالخريجين الجدد).

الراتب الأساسي: 450,000 دينار عراقي

بدل مواصلات: 150,000 دينار عراقي

عمولة مبيعات: 10% على كل عملية بيع ناجحة
