Job Describiton :

The Sales Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve sales performance. This role involves close collaboration with the sales team and management to ensure data-driven decisions are made to enhance revenue growth and optimize sales strategies.

Job Responsibilities :

- Provide insights into customer behavior, product performance, and market trends to support decision-making.

-Assist in forecasting and setting sales targets based on historical data and market analysis.

-Identify opportunities for sales growth and efficiency improvements, presenting actionable recommendations to the sales team.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

- Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to provide timely updates to the sales team and management.

Job Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Sales Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

- Solid understanding of sales processes and performance metrics.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
