Nous recherchons actuellement notre Directeur / Directrice Régionale pour le secteur NORD.

Ce poste s’inscrit dans une logique de parcours évolutif : nous recherchons un/une leader capable de performer sur le périmètre régional et de se projeter à moyen terme sur des fonctions de direction au sein d'un Comité de Direction.

Description du poste

Véritable pilote business, tu déploies la stratégie KIABI sur ton périmètre et accélères la croissance omnicanale de la région. Chef d’orchestre du terrain, tu accompagnes et développes les équipes magasins (succursales et affiliés), tout en garantissant une expérience client performante et engagée.

Tu incarnes un leadership inspirant, orienté résultats, développement des talents et transformation.

Tes principales responsabilités :

  • Commerce & expérience client : piloter la performance commerciale et l’omnicanalité
  • Management : recruter, accompagner et faire grandir les Directeurs de Magasin
  • Business & gestion : optimiser la rentabilité et l’allocation des ressources
  • Développement & expansion : renforcer les parts de marché et le réseau régional
  • Sécurité & conformité : garantir la sécurité des biens, des personnes et le respect des règles

Qualifications

Ce poste est stratégique pour KIABI. Il s’adresse à des profils expérimentés souhaitant s’inscrire dans un parcours de progression, avec l’ambition de prendre, à terme, des responsabilités de direction élargies au sein du Comité de Direction France (ou d'un autre pays).

Nous portons une attention particulière au potentiel managérial, à la vision business et à la capacité d’influence au-delà du périmètre régional.

Ton profil :

  • Expérience indispensable de Directeur(trice) Régional(e) en Retail
  • Formation Bac +4/5 (commerce, management ou équivalent)
  • Solide culture commerce et omnicanal, avec une bonne connaissance de la région et du périmètre à animer
  • Vision stratégique, sens business et capacité à prendre de la hauteur
  • Leader de terrain, mobile, proche des équipes et orienté résultats

Ton leadership :

  • Leadership bienveillant, exigeant et responsabilisant
  • Capacité à fédérer un réseau mixte (succursales et affiliés)
  • Forte aisance relationnelle et sens de l’écoute
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, agilité, audace et goût du challenge
  • Force de proposition sur les sujets commerce, transformation et performance

Informations supplémentaires

  • Région composée de 17 magasins (12 succursales, 5 affiliés), plus de 200 collaborateurs.
  • Poste basé dans la région NORD, avec déplacements sur toute la zone.
  • Région couvrant l’axe Secteur Nord : de la métropole lilloise au Valenciennois, en passant par le Douaisis et le Cambrésis.
