La Missione

Riportando direttamente allo Store Manager, il candidato si occuperà di:

- sviluppare le performance economiche del proprio perimetro: rispetto delle priorità commerciali, gestione dello stock, merchandising, dinamiche promozionali

- garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato e di produttività

- assicurare la qualità del servizio cliente conformemente agli standard aziendali

- selezionare, formare e motivare il team di vendita

- gestire l’apertura e la chiusura del punto vendita

Qualifiche

Requisiti:

- diploma o laurea

- passione per la moda e per il prodotto tessile

- ottime capacità di gestione commerciale

- predisposizione al servizio cliente

- spirito di squadra

Indispensabile:

- una prima esperienza nell’ambito della Grande Distribuzione o in punti vendita di grandi dimensioni come responsabile reparto o vice store manager

- mobilità sull'area Centro-Sud Italia per i primi 36 mesi
