Dans le cadre d’un projet industriel, tu interviens sur la conception, le développement et la mise en service de solutions d’automatisation et de contrôle-commande.

Tes missions :

  • Analyse du besoin : recueillir et analyser les besoins du client afin de définir les solutions d’automatisation adaptées aux contraintes du projet.
  • Conception des architectures : définir l’architecture fonctionnelle et logicielle des systèmes intégrant des automates programmables industriels (PLC), des réseaux de communication et des interfaces homme-machine (HMI).
  • Développement et programmation : programmer les automates et développer les interfaces HMI ainsi que les outils associés.
  • Supervision industrielle : concevoir et intégrer des solutions de supervision permettant le pilotage et le suivi des installations.
  • Tests et mise en service : participer aux phases de développement, de validation et de mise en service des équipements, notamment lors des tests FAT/SAT.
  • Documentation technique : rédiger les documents nécessaires à la conception, à l’installation et à la validation des systèmes.
  • Coordination projet : assurer les échanges techniques avec les clients et les fournisseurs tout au long du projet.

Ton profil :

Tu es automaticien(ne) indépendant(e) et tu disposes d’une expérience en développement de solutions d’automatisation industrielle.

Tu maîtrises notamment :

  • Les environnements de programmation d’automates industriels, tels que Siemens, Schneider Electric ou Rockwell Automation.
  • La conception et le développement de programmes de contrôle-commande.
  • Le développement d’interfaces HMI et l’intégration de solutions de supervision.
  • Les phases de test, de validation et de mise en service.

Tu es reconnu(e) pour ta rigueur technique, ton autonomie et ta capacité à travailler en équipe. Tu es également à l’aise dans les échanges avec les différents interlocuteurs du projet.

Les petits plus :

  • Tu maîtrises l’anglais professionnel.
  • Tu as des connaissances en sécurité machine (Safety).
  • Tu connais le protocole de communication industriel EtherCAT.
  • Tu as déjà développé et optimisé des programmes de contrôle-commande ainsi que les outils associés.
