Ta mission : alimenter le pipeline de candidats pour nos postes ouverts, anticiper les besoins futurs, et soutenir les équipes commerciales dans leurs projets de staffing.

Tu feras partie d’une équipe jeune, réactive et passionnée, où le partage, la collaboration et l’efficacité sont les maîtres mots.

Tes missions au quotidien

En lien étroit avec les Chargés de Recrutement et les équipes commerciales, tu seras un maillon essentiel de la stratégie de recrutement.

• Analyser les besoins et les fiches de poste pour définir la bonne stratégie de recherche

• Sourcer activement les candidats sur les principaux jobboards : LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle, Apec, ainsi que sur d’autres canaux spécialisés selon les profils

• Construire et animer des viviers de talents par métier ou par région, pour anticiper les futurs besoins

• Mettre en place des actions de chasse ciblées (approches directes, publications, veille marché)

• Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales pour identifier les profils clés à présenter dans le cadre des projets clients

• Partager les résultats et les analyses avec l’équipe recrutement : taux de retour, efficacité des canaux, viviers créés, etc.

• Proposer des améliorations dans les méthodes et outils de sourcing pour gagner en efficacité

Profil recherché

Tu es une personne curieuse, rigoureuse et persévérante, avec un vrai goût pour la recherche et le contact humain.

Tu aimes trouver les bons profils avant tout le monde et comprends que la qualité du sourcing est au cœur d’un recrutement réussi.

• Jeune diplômé(e) d’un BTS / Bachelor RH.

• Tu maîtrises (ou souhaites apprendre) les outils de sourcing : LinkedIn Recruiter, Welcome to the Jungle, Apec, etc.

• Tu apprécies le travail d’équipe et la collaboration quotidienne avec les chargés de recrutement et les commerciaux

• Tu es à l’aise à l’écrit comme à l’oral et possèdes un bon sens de l’organisation

• Tu es proactif(ve), observateur(trice) et motivé(e) par l’idée de faire la différence dans une équipe RH dynamique
