    Analista Fiscal

Regime de contratação: CLT

Local de trabalho: Vila Olímpia, São Paulo – SP

Horário de trabalho: Das 8h às 17h, com 1 hora de almoço.

Responsável por aplicar a legislação fiscal/tributária vigente, visando sua correta aplicação, apuração dos impostos pertinentes e preenchimento e entrega de declarações acessórias bem como assegurar que a emissão dos livros e documentos fiscais atendam a legislação brasileira e também as políticas internas e normas legais da Kidde Brasil. Responsabilidades:

Cumprir a legislação fiscal vigente e aplicá-la de acordo com as operações da KGS

Cumprir os prazos do fechamento do faturamento mensal, visando a apuração dos impostos pertinentes.

Apurar impostos Diretos e Indiretos e impostos retidos na fonte.

Conciliar as contas de impostos dentro do prazo estabelecido.

Preparar e controlar a geração e entrega dos arquivos eletrônicos ficais (EFD, ICMS, Contribuições, entre outros), atentando-se aos prazos legais e solicitações da empresa.

Suportar os processos de fiscalizações e auditorias.

Controlar os processos de emissão, renovação de certidões e demais comunicações perante os órgãos públicos.

Desenvolver, atualizar e ministrar treinamentos sobre os procedimentos e alterações da legislação Fiscal e Tributária aos clientes internos.

Apoiar demandas da área fiscal e projetos em parceria com a TI para adequação ou melhoria de sistema para atender a legislação Fiscal e Tributária.

Parametrizar e ajustar as regras tributárias dos sistemas vigentes.

Orientar tecnicamente os clientes internos.

Executar demais atividades inerentes à área Fiscal.

Formação Acadêmica

Superior completo em Administração/ Contabilidade/Direito ou área correlatas.

Desejável Pós Graduação.

Experiência

Mínimo de 3 anos na área.

Conhecimentos Técnicos

Conhecimentos - ICMS/ ST/ Difal/ IPI/ PIS/ COFINS/ ISS/Impostos retidos na fonte

Inglês - Intermediário (reporte para Estados Unidos, terão reuniões de time, então precisa compreender. Boa escuta + boa escrita) Incentivo para continuar a aperfeiçoar o inglês.

Imprescindível Mastersaf (TAX ONE)

Conhecimento ERP - (Desejável: JDE Edwards)

Pacote office - Excel Avançado (desejável)
