国际业务技术培训与应用工程师Technical Training & Application Engineer所属部门： 国际业务部汇报对象： 技术服务经理招聘城市： 北京、上海职位性质： 全职职位概述作为国际业务技术培训与应用工程师，您将负责面向海外销售团队、经销商、合作伙伴及客户开展产品与解决方案技术培训，并提供应用支持与技术咨询服务。该岗位负责提升海外销售团队、经销商及客户的技术能力，通过培训、应用支持和知识传递，推动国际业务增长并提升客户对GST消防与生命安全解决方案的认可度。该岗位同时作为销售、产品管理、研发与客户之间的重要技术桥梁，为国际业务发展提供专业支持。主要职责技术培训与能力建设· 面向海外销售团队、经销商、系统集成商、合作伙伴及客户开展英文技术培训。· 开发培训课件、产品演示资料、技术手册及认证培训内容。· 组织线上线下培训、技术研讨会及产品演示活动。· 持续优化培训体系，提升合作伙伴和客户的技术能力。技术应用与客户支持· 为国际销售团队及客户提供产品应用、系统设计、安装调试及故障排查等技术支持。· 协助客户完成产品选型、方案设计及技术交流。· 支持重点项目、产品验证及技术问题解决。· 推动新产品导入及区域技术准备工作。跨部门协同· 作为国际销售、产品管理、研发与客户之间的技术接口。· 收集市场反馈、客户需求及产品改进建议。· 支持产品优化及国际市场技术推广工作。知识管理· 编制和维护技术指南、应用说明、FAQ及培训文档。· 建立并持续完善技术知识库。· 确保技术资料与产品更新及市场需求保持同步。任职资格教育背景· 本科及以上学历；· 电气工程、电子工程、自动化、仪器仪表、消防工程等相关专业优先。工作经验· 5年以上技术支持、应用工程、售前技术支持或技术培训相关工作经验；· 具备消防报警系统、生命安全系统、楼宇自动化、弱电系统等行业经验者优先；· 具有客户培训或经销商技术赋能经验者优先；· 具备国际业务支持经验者优先。专业能力· 熟悉消防报警及生命安全系统相关产品和解决方案；· 具备系统设计、安装调试及故障分析能力；· 能够阅读和理解技术规范、图纸及项目文件；· 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件；· 具备AutoCAD使用经验者优先。语言与综合素质· 英语听说读写能力优秀，可独立开展英文培训及技术交流；· 具备优秀的演讲表达和培训授课能力；· 良好的跨文化沟通和客户关系管理能力；· 积极主动，具备较强的问题解决能力和团队协作精神；· 能够适应国内外出差。我们期待您· 热爱技术分享与知识传播；· 乐于帮助客户和合作伙伴获得成功；· 愿意在国际化环境中不断成长；· 希望通过技术影响业务发展并创造长期价值。
