Working closely with Product Owners, Sales, and Engineering teams, you will not only define product requirements but also contribute directly to the design of user experiences and user interfaces. You will be responsible for requirements analysis, user research, workflow definition, wireframing, prototyping, and validating that proposed solutions meet both business objectives and user expectations. Your ability to combine analytical thinking with UX/UI expertise will be essential in shaping products that are both functional and engaging. Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business, customer, and user requirements. Translate requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Design user journeys, workflows, navigation structures, and user interactions. Conduct usability reviews and identify opportunities to improve user experience. Create and maintain UX/UI specifications for web and mobile applications. Validate proposed designs with Product Owners, Sales, customers, and development teams. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure proper implementation of UX/UI requirements. Manage product documentation in Confluence and Jira.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Analysis, UX Design, Product Design, or a similar role. Proven experience designing web and mobile application interfaces. Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability. Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications. Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools. Experience translating business requirements into user-centered solutions. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Ideal Candidate A professional who can move seamlessly between business discussions, requirements analysis, and user interface design. Someone who is equally comfortable facilitating workshops with stakeholders, defining product requirements, creating wireframes in Figma, and collaborating with developers to ensure the final solution delivers an outstanding user experience. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company performance. The final compensation for this position will be determined based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience in relation to the job requirements.
