Role Overview This role includes developing Angular web screens, Node.js backend services, real-time communication features, REST APIs, and Linux-based deployment support. The developer will work closely with product, engineering, QA, DevOps and global R&D teams. Key Responsibilities Angular Web Client
Build and maintain Angular web pages using TypeScript.
Create user-friendly screens for configuration, monitoring, alarms, events and diagnostics.
Connect the web application with backend REST APIs and WebSocket services.
Ensure the interface is responsive, reliable and easy to use.
Node.js Web Backend
Develop backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
Design and maintain REST APIs for the Angular web client.
Support real-time communication using WebSockets and socket connections.
Handle authentication, authorization, logging and error handling.
Linux Deployment and Support
Deploy and support Node.js services on Linux.
Configure services so they start and recover automatically.
Troubleshoot application, network, server and performance issues.
Maintain secure settings, logs, certificates and deployment procedures.
Required Technical Skills
Strong experience in full-stack web application development.
Good knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS and responsive design.
Good experience with Node.js, REST APIs and WebSockets.
Understanding of authentication, authorization and secure coding practices.
Experience with Linux environments, command-line tools and service deployment.
Experience with Git or SVN, Jira, Jenkins or similar development tools.
Ability to write unit, integration and automated UI tests.
Testing Responsibilities
Create automated tests for frontend and backend features.
Test APIs, WebSocket communication and socket connections.
Support integration testing, product verification and code reviews.
Experience and Technical Qualifications
8-12 years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with enterprise web applications.
Experience building scalable, secure and maintainable software.
Ability to work across frontend, backend, database, testing and deployment areas.
