1、会计核算与报表出具：负责对相关海外主体按当地要求进行会计核算 ，同时按集团需求出具相应的管理报表； 2、业务支持：负责对海外分子公司业务团队的开展提供相关支持，对于新兴市场的业务流程进行梳理 ，对应建立相关制度，优化相关流程，根据业务需求需找相应的解决方案（如员工的快速报销等）； 3、资产管理：对海外公司的相关资产进行管理，对于海外客户应收账款，海外存货，固定资产等进行管理与定期盘点； 4、风险监控：对于业务进行过程中的相关风险要能够快速识别，并及时制定相应的管理措施； 5、收筹划：海外相关税收政策的了解及进行全球税收筹划，对接税务部门，进行纳税申报等； 6、关务政策了解：对于欧盟，英国，美国的关务政策有足够的了解，进出口遇到问题时能够快速想到解决办法，不影响货物收发。

1、本科及以上学历，财务专业，熟悉国内会计准则及税收法规，3年以上财务工作经验，熟悉海外（欧美国家）账务及税务知识，及具有海外外派工作经验优先； 2、英语可作为工作语言，具备较强的沟通能力及抗压能力； 3、人品好，有责任心，善于学习、做事耐心细致、踏实、逻辑性强。
