1、及时处理客户投诉/需求，组织相关职能对质量投诉展开产品处置、事件调查、原因分析，对策制定，跟踪对策实施结果，并按照8D步骤编写质量问题分析和改善报告，及时回复客户及相关部门； 2、每月分析客户质量投诉信息和数据，对于重大不良、重复性不良、或不良趋势提出纠正和预防要求，并组织各部门开展改善工作； 3、定期组织跟踪、监督公司内部改善措施的实施和落实、并对其效果进行评价，并将监察结果通报至相关部门； 4、完成月度投诉/扣款数据的统计，输出给需求部门及改善部门做内部持续改善，统计数据作为管理评审的输入之一； 5、按需出差至客户端或现场开展品质问题调查，并输出现场调查报告，及时和客户互动，提升客户服务满意度。

1、本科及以上学历，有3年及以上CQE或对接客户品质方面经验； 2、具有较好的英语口头表达能力及书面能力，英语可作为工作语言； 3、能熟练应用8D、5WHY等质量分析工具，具备很强的报告能力； 4、良好的办公软件能力，较强的沟通协调能力、执行力、抗压能力。
