The posting

1.与事业部研发、项目、制造团队一道开展产品质量前期策划工作，负责从前期的品质标准制定、客户要求的识别、测试计划的制定，对产品开发到量产过程中的每个节点进行评审、把关和监督，令到产品质量按策划的方案有效进行； 2.产品预研阶段：确认客户的要求、关键品质点，参与制定产品技术需求和验证测试计划，专项跟进“三新”验证； 3.工程样机阶段：参与产品品质标准的制定、DFMEA、设计问题品质评审、审核产品技术规格书，以及对验证测试结果的跟进和判定并跟进问题解决； 4.产品中式阶段：参与并审核PFMEA，审核物料SIP、产品SIP、SOP和QCP，以及对验证测试结果的跟进和判定并跟进问题解决； 5.产品首量阶段：现场审核SIP、SOP、QCP的执行，对可靠性测试结果进行判定及跟进问题解决； 6.产品量产阶段：开展定期的QPA；做项目总结，将产品试产/制程/市场端反馈的产品设计问题进行收集和提炼，丰富产品设计问题品质评审清单； 7.客诉问题跟进：直接跟进处理客户客诉问题处理及解决。

1.熟悉研发IPD流程，及APQP、FMEA、SPC、PPAP、MSA质量管理工具使用； 2.至少3年以上整机类研发品质管理经验，对研发流程及关键节点品质管理有清晰认识，或6年以上品质管理相关经验； 3.对新项目可靠性测试和功能测试内容熟悉； 4.有大客户新项目对接经验和重大质量改善或流程成功推动经验者优先； 5.本科及以上学历，理工科类专业，对电子软硬件开发有丰富经验，有过电子研发背景的优先； 6.有电子烟新项目工作经验优先。
