1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业优先； 2、5年以上人力资源工作经验，其中3年以上HRBP工作经验，有消费电子、智能制造、互联网等行业背景者优先； 3、熟悉人力资源管理的各个模块，具备扎实的人力资源管理专业知识，有重大人力资源项目的落地经验； 4、具有较强的沟通与协调能力，逻辑清晰，有同理心和良好的服务意识； 5、具备较强的执行力和自驱力，善于整合资源驱动目标达成结果； 6、英语能作为工作语言，英语口语流利。
