1、进出口关务合规管理： 负责出口产品全链条关务合规，HS 编码归类、单证制作审核、出口报关、原产地证办理，建立关务台账与档案；跟踪国内出口监管政策、目标国家海关及产品准入法规，识别查验、关税、产品合规风险；应对海关稽查、查验、改单、海外目的港扣货等异常事件；统筹贸易条款、关税筹划，保障 OBM、ODM 订单申报真实、准确、合规；后续学习落地雾化产品专项出口备案、电子烟交易平台相关监管要求。​

2.国际物流与供应商管理： 统筹公司产品的国际物流方案规划（海运 / 空运 / 专线）；负责货代、海外清关代理、海外仓等供应商开发、评估、考核与管理；根据 OBM 品牌订单、ODM 大客户订单的交付要求，平衡物流成本、交付时效、危险品运输合规；处理丢货、船期延误、目的港清关受阻等履约异常，推动问题闭环。​

3.订单履约跨部门协同： 对接 OBM 品牌销售、ODM 大客户销售、生产、仓储、质量团队，提前评审出货方案与排期；参与运营计划中心 S&OP 产销协同会议，提前识别舱位、清关、合规瓶颈；协同仓储复核出口备货、出口包装、产品标识，保证实物、资料、单据一致。​

4.流程、成本、数据及团队管理： 搭建关务、国际物流标准化 SOP 体系；管控报关及物流费用，持续优化履约成本；搭建 KPI 报表（通关一次通过率、查验率、交付准时率、异常损失、单位物流成本），定期复盘；负责关务物流团队管理、培训，沉淀跨境交付风控经验。​

1.本科及以上，国际贸易、供应链、物流管理、海关相关专业；英文读写熟练，可独立处理英文提单、清关文件。​

2.3 年及以上跨境出口关务 + 国际物流一体化管理经验；优先：有电子烟 / 电子雾化产品出口实操经验； 可接受：锂电消费电子、3C 电池类产品出口经验，熟悉带电产品危险品运输、多国清关风控，具备进出口合规体系搭建和海关查验、海外扣货处置经验；有 OBM+ODM 双业务模式经验优先。​

3.精通一般贸易进出口全流程、HS 编码归类、原产地证；熟悉 FOB/CIF/DDP/DDU 等贸易术语，熟悉海空运、海外清关、海外仓业务，具备货代与海外代理管理经验。​

4.较强政策敏感度与风险识别能力，有处理海关查验、海外目的港扣货、运输延误等重大异常实战经验。​

5.优秀跨部门协同、成本分析、项目推动能力；具备团队管理经验，严谨细致，合规意识强，能承受海外订单交付压力；愿意快速学习国内雾化产品出口专项监管政策。​ ​
