1）本科以上学历，电子或计算机专业； 2）良好的英文听说读写能力，良好的沟通能力； 3）电子行业5年以上50人品质团队管理经验，500强制造企业优先，手机或电脑行业优先； 4）熟悉ISO体系，品质手法，TS五大工具的运用； 5）较强的协调控制能力、沟通能力、分析和解决问题的能力。
