1、从产品角度出发，负责产品全生命周期的用户研究工作，包括但不限于：市场机会分析，目标用户定位和画像分析，设计原型测试，可用性测试，以及用户反馈的搜集与跟踪； 2、从产品功能特性和卖点打造维度出发，基于目标人群需求，进行专题研究，洞察产品创新点与体验提升点； 3、充分利用公司内外部资源，围绕核心商业问题，专业严谨地与跨部门品团队一起制定和实施调研方案，并将调研结果转化为可操作，有指导性的用户洞察； 4、制定产品体验度量指标体系，开展满意度、NPS搜集，负责日常监控、风险识别和设计方案效果跟踪； 5、负责统筹和输出年度趋势研究与概念原型，各业务单元提出具备前瞻与建设性的设计思路与方向。

1、硕士及以上学历，心理学、统计学、社会学、设计学等专业优先； 2、5年以上海外用户研究工作经验，甲方（食品快消，3C产品行业优先）或乙方咨询公司（尼尔森，益普索优先）皆可； 3、能够胜任团队内外的沟通，优秀的英语口语、或者优秀的德语口语，可对海外客户进行英语设计提案宣讲； 4、熟练使用定性及定量等各类研究方法，能够独立完成需求沟通，研究设计，项目管理，数据分析，报告撰写及汇报； 5、具有较强的洞察力和分析能力，对用户语言、行为进行准确、客观的分析和总结； 6、有优秀的逻辑思维能力，数据分析能力，观点提炼能力，以及沟通表达能力。
