1.本科及以上学历，或具备同等的销售从业经验； 2.在电子烟/烟草/快消（FMCG）行业有3年以上渠道销售经验；熟悉德国市场，有商超、烟草、电商、MD 渠道资源者优先； 3.熟悉销售流程，具备谈判、关系建立与业务拓展的能力，有可验证的销售业绩； 4.德语为母语或接近母语水平，具备流利的英语沟通与书写能力； 5.熟悉德国相关法律法规（尤其是烟草/电子烟监管）者优先； 6.具备较强的团队协作精神和责任心，能在快节奏和高压力环境中高效完成工作。
