What You’ll Do

  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot blow molding machines to ensure safe, efficient production
  • Start up equipment from cold conditions through full production, ensuring containers meet all quality specifications
  • Access and interpret Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance
  • Perform daily equipment setups and bottle size changeovers across assigned lines
  • Conduct routine quality checks, adjust machine profiles, and document all changes accurately
  • Maintain daily production and quality control records for assigned equipment
  • Coordinate process operations to maximize efficiency and communicate effectively with production and support teams
  • Stay current on process changes and procedures by reviewing logs, special instructions, and posted communications
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with housekeeping standards

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience operating blow molding or injection molding equipment in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, including following written and verbal work instructions
  • Experience with Uniloy machines preferred
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to safely use basic hand tools
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or shift changes as business needs require

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds
  • Frequent bending, twisting, and climbing

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
