High Level Purpose of the Role:

The mission of this role is to provide expertise and execute the use of quality assurance and quality control activities to drive continual quality improvement and process excellence throughout the organization and supply chain.

Work/Educational Requirements

· High School Diploma or GED

· ASQ Quality Certification a plus

· Basic Manufacturing Interpersonal Skills

· Ability to provide leadership to project teams and the quality organization

· Insures completion of program objectives

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment

· Flexible

· Team player

Technical Skills

· Utilization of statistical analysis & tools

· Blueprint and GD&T knowledge

· Quality Systems knowledge

· Basic SPC1

· Cost of Quality knowledge

· MSA knowledge

· Computer applications

· Knowledgeable of six sigma methodology

· Utilization of APQP tools

· System and process auditing

· Analytical

· Root Cause Analysis

Communication Skills

· Ability to communicate at all levels and to external organizations

· Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences

· Good verbal and written skills

· Ability to teach and share information

· Good presentation skills

Must be able to speak and read English language for this role.
