Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un(e) Ergothérapeute pour la Clinique de Saint-Vallier. Kinatex Saint-Vallier, situé dans le quartier Saint-Sauveur à Québec, offre depuis 2005 des soins de réadaptation personnalisés. Notre équipe multidisciplinaire propose physiothérapie (rééducation périnéale, traitement de la mâchoire, thérapie manuelle, pédiatrie), ergothérapie, ostéopathie, massothérapie, kinésiologie et acupuncture, en travaillant étroitement pour assurer une réadaptation complète. Nos locaux modernes, incluant des salles ouvertes, fermées et un grand gymnase fenestré, offrent un environnement convivial et adapté pour poursuivre votre vie active. Profil Nous offrons : Rémunération compétitive Congés maladies et mobiles payés 4 semaines de vacances payées par année Programme complet d’assurances collectives (avec contribution de l’employeur) Programme de planification de la retraite (avec contribution de l’employeur) Budget de formation continue illimité avec heures de formation rémunérées Cotisation professionnelle remboursée à 100% Programme de mentorat offert (avec heures rémunérées) Rabais sur nos services thérapeutiques Horaire flexible Réseau d'ergothérapeutes qualifiés Possibilité de développer des services spécifiques en ergothérapie Possibilité d’avancement Vos responsabilités : Réaliser des évaluations fonctionnelles et évaluer les capacités/limitations des patients Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des plans d’intervention individualisés Offrir des traitements manuels et des interventions basées sur les meilleures pratiques Tenir des notes d’évolution complètes et conformes Assurer un suivi de qualité et ajuster les plans selon l’évolution des patients Enseigner et conseiller vos patients dans des stratégies et de la prévention Travailler étroitement avec les autres professionnels de la clinique Nos compétences recherchées : Poste ouvert aux nouveaux gradués et aux ergothérapeutes d’expérience Être membre en règle de l’OEQ Intérêt de développer ses compétences et perfectionner ses expertises - toute expertise ou intérêt en santé mentale ou en pédiatrie est un atout Possibilité de développer une pratique en traitement de la main et en services à domicile Sens de l’initiative, autonomie et approche axée sur le patient Excellent sens de la communication et capacité à travailler en équipe Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit Horaire : Temps plein : 35 heures par semaine Horaire : lundi au vendredi de jour et de soir, horaire flexible à déterminer avec le candidat Date d'entrée en poste flexible selon la disponibilité du candidat Rémunération : Salaire : De 39,01$ à 72,79$/h Le taux horaire est établi selon les échelles salariales en vigueur, ainsi que l’expérience professionnelle et les expertises développées au cours du parcours du candidat.
