Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un(e) Massothérapeute à la Clinique de Complexe Desjardins. Membre de l’Espace Santé du Complexe Desjardins, notre clinique offre des soins personnalisés en physiothérapie, thérapie du sport, massothérapie, kinésiologie, ostéopathie et acupuncture. Nos salles de traitement et notre espace gym offrent un coup d’œil unique et répondront certainement à tous vos besoins. Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche de la personne idéale pour joindre notre équipe multidisciplinaire du Quartier des Spectacles. Nos client(e)s fidèles et vos futurs collègues sont impatient(e)s de vous rencontrer ! Profil Nous offrons : Horaire flexible permettant une bonne conciliation travail-famille Une équipe dynamique et une ambiance de travail conviviale Plusieurs commodités à la disposition du personnel Dossiers numériques et prise de rendez-vous en ligne Service de réception complet Un cadre de travail agréable et stimulant Vos responsabilités: Prendre connaissance du questionnaire médical du client Préparer la salle selon les normes sanitaires en vigueur Accueillir le client et procéder à une évaluation subjective afin de déterminer les objectifs et attentes du client Offrir un traitement de massothérapie spécifique aux objectifs du client selon vos expertises et techniques S'assurer du confort et de la satisfaction du client tout au long du traitement Offrir des conseils et de l'éducation à la suite de la séance de traitement Recommander la fréquence des suivis et expliquer le plan de traitement en massothérapie Effectuer les notes évolutives du dossier et autres tâches administratives Communiquer avec les autres professionnels de l'équipe dans le cas d'une prise en charge interdisciplinaire Nos compétences recherchées : Détenir un diplôme en massothérapie d’une école reconnue Être membre d'une association professionnelle Posséder deux ans d’expérience pratique en tant que massothérapeute (atout) Intérêt de développer ses compétences et perfectionner ses expertises Sens de l’initiative, autonomie et approche axée sur le patient Excellent sens de la communication et capacité à travailler en équipe Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (atout) Posséder une ou des formations en suédois, deep tissue, drainage lymphatique, massage pour femme enceinte, massage sportif et massage sur chaise Avoir complété 1000 heures de formation (exigé) Horaire : Temps partiel: 14 à 25 heures par semaine Horaire: lundi au samedi Statut d'emploi: travailleur.euse autonome Viens faire partie de la grande famille Kinatex!
