Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un(e) Ostéopathe à la Clinique de Fleury. Fondée en 1986 sous le nom de Physio 2000, la clinique s’est jointe au réseau Kinatex au printemps 2019 pour devenir Kinatex Ahuntsic-Fleury. Située sur la Promenade Fleury, à l’angle de la rue Fleury Est et de l’avenue Christophe-Colomb dans le quartier Ahuntsic, la clinique a modernisé ses installations afin d’offrir un environnement de soins répondant aux standards élevés du réseau Kinatex. La clinique propose des services de réadaptation personnalisés grâce à une équipe multidisciplinaire composée notamment de physiothérapeutes, ostéopathes, ergothérapeutes, massothérapeutes, acupuncteurs et psychologues. Les professionnels travaillent en collaboration afin d’offrir des soins efficaces et de qualité dans un environnement convivial et professionnel, où la satisfaction de la clientèle est une priorité. Profil Nous offrons : Horaire flexible permettant une bonne conciliation travail-famille Une équipe dynamique et une ambiance de travail conviviale Plusieurs commodités à la disposition du personnel Dossiers numériques et prise de rendez-vous en ligne Service de réception complet Un cadre de travail agréable et stimulant Vos responsabilités : Évaluer l’état de la santé globale du patient Identifier les causes de douleur en évaluant la posture, les zones de tension et les lignes de gravité Diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements affectant la mobilité et le bien-être Élaborer un plan visant à restaurer la mobilité et la fonctionnalité des structures du corps Planifier et appliquer des traitements manuels adaptés avec la technique appropriée Suivre l’évolution des patients et ajuster les soins Documenter les séances et les progrès dans les dossiers Conseiller sur la posture, les exercices et la prévention Collaborer ou référer à d’autres professionnels de la santé Nos compétences recherchées : Formation complétée au Collège d’Études Ostéopathiques (CEO), au Centre Ostéopathique du Québec (COQ) ou dans toute autre école reconnue répondant aux critères de l’Organisation Mondiale de la Santé (OMS) Être membre d’Ostéopathie Québec, de RITMA ou de toute autre association reconnue répondant aux critères de l’OMS Posséder un minimum de 1 année d’expérience comme ostéopathe (atout) Sens de l’initiative, autonomie et approche axée sur le patient Excellente habileté de communication et capacité à travailler en équipe Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit Ton horaire : Temps partiel : 15 à 20 heures par semaine Horaire : samedis de 9 h à 16 h et en semaine selon tes disponibilités Date d'entrée en poste flexible selon la disponibilité du candidat Statut d’emploi : salarié.e ou travailleur.euse autonome Viens faire partie de la grande famille Kinatex!
