Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un(e) Ostéopathe pour notre Clinique L’Ormière. Kinatex l’Ormière, situé à Neufchâtel, offre des soins personnalisés dans un environnement convivial par une équipe de physiothérapeutes, ostéopathes, massothérapeutes, kinésiologues et ergothérapeutes. Nos professionnels prennent en charge tous types de clientèle, du pédiatrique au gériatrique, pour des besoins variés : thérapie manuelle, analyse de la course, ajustement de vélo, traitement de l’ATM, aiguilles sous la peau, santé mentale et rééducation périnéale et pelvienne. Tous nos thérapeutes poursuivent régulièrement des formations pour offrir des soins de la plus haute qualité. Profil Nous offrons : Horaire flexible permettant une bonne conciliation travail-famille Une équipe dynamique et une ambiance de travail conviviale Plusieurs commodités à la disposition du personnel Dossiers numériques et prise de rendez-vous en ligne Service de réception complet Un cadre de travail agréable et stimulant Vos responsabilités : Évaluer l’état de la santé globale du patient Identifier les causes de douleur en évaluant la posture, les zones de tension et les lignes de gravité Diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements affectant la mobilité et le bien-être Élaborer un plan visant à restaurer la mobilité et la fonctionnalité des structures du corps Planifier et appliquer des traitements manuels adaptés avec la technique appropriée Suivre l’évolution des patients et ajuster les soins Documenter les séances et les progrès dans les dossiers Conseiller sur la posture, les exercices et la prévention Collaborer ou référer à d’autres professionnels de la santé Nos compétences recherchées : Diplôme en ostéopathie (DO) obtenu ou en cours d’obtention, issu d’un établissement reconnu (ex. Collège d’Études Ostéopathiques – CEO, Centre Ostéopathique du Québec – COQ ou autre école répondant aux critères de l’Organisation Mondiale de la Santé – OMS). Membre en règle d’une association professionnelle reconnue (ex. Ostéopathie Québec, RITMA ou autre) répondant aux critères de l’OMS et permettant l’émission de reçus pour les patients. Poste ouvert aux nouveaux diplômés ainsi qu’aux ostéopathes expérimentés Intérêt/ formation pour femmes enceintes et bébés Sens de l’initiative, autonomie et approche axée sur le patient Excellente habileté de communication et capacité à travailler en équipe Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit Horaire : Temps partiel : 7 à 12 heures par semaine Horaire : lundi et mercredi jour et/ou soir Date d'entrée en poste : automne 2026 Statut d’emploi : travailleur.euse autonome Viens faire partie de la grande famille Kinatex!
