Worum es geht

Wir unterstützen Kinder, Jugendliche und Familien im Rahmen der ambulanten Hilfen zur Erziehung. Unser Ziel ist es, Familien in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen zu begleiten und gemeinsam passende Lösungen zu entwickeln. Um eine gelingende Kommunikation sicherzustellen, suchen wir Sprachmittler*innen für verschiedene Sprachen.

Aktuell suchen wir insbesondere Sprachmittler:innen für folgende Sprachen:

  • Arabisch
  • Kurmandschi (gerne mit Badinî-Dialekt)
  • Tigrinisch

Aufgaben

  • Dolmetschen bei Gesprächen zwischen pädagogischen Fachkräften und Familien/Jugendlichen
  • Sprachliche und kulturelle Vermittlung im Hilfeprozess
  • Unterstützung bei Hausbesuchen, Hilfeplangesprächen/Beratungsgesprächen, Terminbegleitungen
  • Neutrale und professionelle Übersetzung in beide Sprachrichtungen
  • Wahrung von Vertraulichkeit und Datenschutz

Wir suchen

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie sichere Kenntnisse in mindestens einer weiteren Sprache
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Wertschätzender und respektvoller Umgang mit Menschen verschiedener Kulturen
  • Fähigkeit, Inhalte möglichst wortgetreu und neutral zu übertragen
  • Bereitschaft zu Einsätzen im häuslichen Umfeld der Familien
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im sozialen, pädagogischen oder interkulturellen Bereich
