Deine Mission

Als Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) bist du der Motor unseres Erfolgs! Mit deiner Begeisterung für Fitness und deinem überzeugenden Auftreten gewinnst du neue Mitglieder – sowohl vor Ort als auch am Telefon. Du zeigst ihnen den Weg zu einem aktiveren, gesünderen Lebensstil. Deine Aufgaben:

  • Akquisition von Neukunden und Betreuung bestehender Kunden
  • Aufbau und Pflege von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen
  • Präsentation und Verkauf unserer Dienstleistungen und Produkte
  • Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Erarbeitung von Verkaufsstrategien
  • Teilnahme an Messen und Veranstaltungen zur Kundengewinnung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing- und Serviceteam zur Optimierung der Verkaufsprozesse

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Fitnessbranche
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Begeisterung für Fitness und Gesundheit
